UPRISE AI ("we", "us") provides voice AI agent services. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our booking form, we collect your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share. When you use a deployed UPRISE AI agent on behalf of a client, calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and operational purposes.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver our services, and improve our agents. We do not sell personal information.

Data sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (Vapi, ElevenLabs, Wavix, Google Cloud) strictly to deliver the service. We sign NDAs with clients and follow their data-handling requirements.
